Why did they win?
Would this tempt you to enter the shop? That had to be my first question. It's nice to do a window but the reality is it has to get you extra business. Compared to most pet shops that did little or nothing to their windows, this one stood out from the crowd and would certainly have got them more custom.
Secondly, did they make the most of what they had?
A fairly small window was maximised by creating a 3D effect and an excellent use of height. It works well in day or dusk and no paper signs stuck to the window ruining the display.
Thirdly - they have chosen a theme and run with it. The cold snow theme is supported by the colours, the animals and the props.
Finally, did the window support the product? They toy animals fit with a pet shop. The gifts displayed even fit the blue and white theme.
